We take pride in our handcrafted candles and candle holders. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unburned: Candles must be completely unused with wicks intact and unburned
- Original Packaging: Products must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact
- No Damage: Items must be free from scratches, chips, cracks, or any other damage
- No Odor Transfer: Candles should not have absorbed any external odors or lost their original fragrance seal
- Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Personalized Candles: Items made to order with custom fragrances, colors, or designs (unless defective)
- Used or Burned Candles: Any candle that has been lit or shows signs of use
- Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales or with discounts exceeding 40%
- Bulk Orders: Special bulk or corporate orders (subject to separate terms)
- Gift Sets: Opened or incomplete gift sets
Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully inspect and pack each item before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:
Immediate Action Required
- Report within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect, including packaging
- Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we've reviewed your claim
- Keep all materials for inspection or return pickup
Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost. You will not be required to return defective items unless specifically requested by our quality team.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
- Inspection: Items are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Approval: If approved, refund is initiated to your original payment method
- Timeline: Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
- Deductions: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for candle holders if you received the wrong size or color. For candles, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order to ensure you receive your preferred product promptly.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
